As a team of Marine vets, designers, manufacturers, and business geeks, we love a good challenge.
We had to figure out how to make furniture that anyone can assemble – even folks with zero woodworking experience.

We channeled our design and manufacturing expertise into constructing the highest quality cabinets, with the most streamlined assembly process possible.
Well, after 4+ years and over 750 vans later, we cracked the cabinet code.
From parametric modeling and the 3D CAD designs that map to specific tolerances, to our optimized cutting methodology, to our CNC routers, all the way to the joinery that connects each piece – our van, trailer and TV furniture is intentionally crafted and easy to assemble, with just a single tool set.
We’re not the sitting still types, so we went ahead and built cabinetry for the very roughest of roads – for overland and off-road vehicles. Our Trail category has been field tested in Moab, Utah and all over Colorado. This line of products is built out of birch, plus a heavy duty phenolic material, that’s rock hard and ready for anything.
